We Four Bears

A site about our family! Mostly or all actually of Josie and Dana. I mean who cares about us anymore anyway?

Call me crazy....

but, almost everything is cute to me. It's weird. This morning I put on a new little sweatsuit that Josie's Grandma bought her. For some reason, it was so cute to me on her. I think because sweat suits are something I think adults wear, and when seeing a little baby size one on Josie, it's just too cute. See, I said I was crazy. Anyway, I had to take a picture of her in it. And the polka dot onesie on underneath...I just love it!
Thanks for humoring me. Thanks Grandma!

Thanksgiving was a blast!

Thanksgiving is by far, my most favorite holiday and day of the year, and this year was no different. We share Thanksgiving with my dads side of the family, the Italian side. It always makes for a fun evening. Heck, who else can say that the word "diaphragm" was used during their Thanksgiving toast? (Thanks cousin Fritz) It was Josie's first Thanksgiving, which made it even more special. She handled the crowd better than she handled the last big crowd she was around, so that was great. I took lots of pictures of the 35 people who were there. My parents do a great job hosting everyone. We missed my cousin Billy this year, but thanks to him and his girlfriend not being there, Nick, Megan and Jonathon graduated and got to eat at the adult table. I think we would have rather had Billy though.

A sight to see!

Alex holding two little babies. Josie is next to her very new cousin Megan. Megan is less than a month old in this picture. We were so happy to see her on Wednesday. She is getting big. Megan and Josie are only 4 months apart, so it should be lots of fun watching them grow up and play together.

For Bianca.....

Hi Bee...
Well, I have to say that we feel that Josie is a happy baby, as you say (in your last comment). She mostly only cries when she is tired. But, I wanted to post a picture of her sad, so you can see that she does indeed have unhappy moments. This picture was taken back in early September.

This photo is for Nana, so you can see your little Josie in her new pajamas that you bought her. Josie says, thank you!

Just playing around....

Not much going on this weekend. Josie really enjoys her exersaucer, and she is getting better about spending time on her tummy as well. In the second photo, daddy had just finished giving her her bedtime bottle.

A beautiful day....

to sit in a swing. Josie enjoyed watching daddy and papa working on the house Sunday afternoon. Check out the eyelashes on our little cutie (if we might say so ourselves).

We are waterproof!

Last week, Alex received help from his dad, and his friends and fellow carpenters Justin and Vinnie. Together they got the roofing material on. That night the rain came, good timing!
Today, Alex's dad came over again and they got the roofing paper on, therefore we are really rainproof now. Thank goodness. We need to order our composite for our roof. Next, stucco and windows! YIPPEE!
