Weekend

Yesterday we went over our friends Karen and Benjamin's. Benjamin has a new hobby, photography. He is practicing for the arrival of his new baby in June. We also needed Dana's 1 year photos taken. He was kind enough to donate a Saturday to accomplish this task. If you'd like to see the pictures, click on the link below. Thanks Benjamin.
We went to the zoo today. Dana had her first ride on a carousel. Although you can't tell in this picture, she loved it. Josie's favorite thing to do, other than look at animals, is drive the cars. She'll drive those all day if we let her.
Oh yes, when we got home from the zoo. We had a "sold" sign on our house. Bitter sweet I guess because I have mixed emotions about moving. Oh well, it's done now.

Easter recap! What a fun day....

Yep....these holidays get better as the girls get a little older. Last Easter, Dana was just a couple weeks old. This Easter they are both participants in an Easter Egg Hunt.

One of my parents neighbor's bunny got out on Easter weekend, and escaped to my parents backyard. After about 15 minutes of the rabbit eluding my dad, Alex and Garrett, the trio managed to capture him. Before returning him to the neighbor, we took some photos. How lucky could we be, getting an up close and personal visit and photo of Dana with the bunny on Easter? Josie pet the rabbit and ran off, obviously not impressed by it too much. But Dana loved petting it.

All sorts of random pics....

My sister and I went to an A's vs. Giants pre-season game this last weekend. She being a Giants fan, me being an A's fan. She's been brainwashed by her husband, because she did grow up in the EAST BAY! We had a great time. The A's ended up winning that particular game, which doesn't really matter anyway.

Two thumbsuckers

Josie likes to pretend to drive. She gets her keys and her purse and "drives" the couch. She talks about stop lights, green lights, if you sit on the couch she'll instruct you to put your seatbelt on. Quite a little imagination she has.

Awwwwe.....Dana can say "baby" now. She also says ball, out, and a few others. She likes to feed the baby. She sees Josie doing it, and likes to copy her.
