Windows and roof - Check!


Look at our new roof. It's so pretty. Alex worked hard on this all last week, he did it all by himself. Where do all your friends seem to go when you are doing a big project like this? Hmmmm....

The windows just went in today. Hopefully, the stucco guy will be coming this week.


Our neighbor is doing a project as well. I like the vantage point from up on the roof.

    I remember helping my step-dad shingle the roof at home when he added on the huge porch... boy, that was fun. I'm still in awe that he did that insane project mostly on his own.... Anyway, progress is looking good! Yay Alex. =)

    Way to go Alex! He's such a hard worker. It must be an amazing feeling to step back and say "I built that". Wow!
